What does "fits" mean for a 2020 BMW M2 Competition on this site?

A wheel fits the 2020 BMW M2 Competition here when it passes five checks: bolt pattern 5x120, diameter 19–20 inches with a 19-inch brake floor, width 8.5–11 inches, offset ET20 to ET45, and a matched tire within 3 % of the 245/35R19 rolling diameter. A retailer listing for this exact car is evidence too. Nothing is guessed.

IN SHORT

2020 BMW M2 Competition on its factory wheels

Bolt pattern must match exactly; center-lock and bolt-on never mix.
Brake clearance outranks a listing: a rotor that will not clear a rim fails.
Diameter, width and offset each fall inside the range, with "at the edge" reported as marginal.
Rolling diameter of the matched tire within 3 % of OE, else marginal with the figure.
Where the retailer lists the size for this car, that listing is the evidence and is shown as such.

Sources for each range are on the knowledge card. Fender and suspension clearance are not in our data and are not claimed.

Fitment is computed from published vehicle data and the retailer's listed sizes (catalog 2026-09-04-tirerack-d, verified on Sep 4, 2026). Prices are list prices on that date. Verify with your installer before you buy. Buy links may be affiliate links.
